Nice to meet you. I'm Christine Spagnuolo. A Canadian by birth with a nomadic spirit, currently working remotely as an entrepreneur and traveling the world. I love a strong cup of artisanal coffee, a good belly laugh, a refreshing ocean swim, deep and vulnerable conversations and live for spontaneous adventure.
When I was writing the copy for my website, I remember thinking “I need to find another term for myself other than Life Coach.” Because after living in Tulum, it felt like that word had sort of become diluted and watered down. So I sought to conceptualize a term that more holistically encapsulated the work I do with clients.
“Life Design + Architecture” came to me quite quickly. Because that truly is the essence of what I do. I design blueprints, floor plans and layouts of clients’ lives. And then working as a Designer, Architect or hell, even a not-so-fancy-sounding Contractor – I hold them accountable to their values and goals to ensure we are hitting the mark. So, welcome to my journey and little corner of the world. I’m excited to embark on this adventure together.
How I became a Life Designer + Architect
As cliche as it is, Life Design + Architecture, or Life Coaching, is having a moment in modern day. It has most certainly become a buzzword and popular profession lately. I believe that’s because humanity is waking up and becoming more conscious. We are seeking deeper experiences and greater fulfillment; we are refusing to settle for the status quo as a collective. Just as an athlete needs a coach, humans need a guide to facilitate this process. This is where a Life Designer + Architect comes in. In a sea full of life coaches, what sets me apart is my experience and tailor-made approach.
For the last 16+ years I have worked as a Life Designer + Architect, or Life and Career coach. My path began in professional headhunting and recruiting, organically developing into the vocation it is now. I didn’t choose this path, it chose me.
Since 2007, I have partnered with brands to find the right individual for a specific role – the unicorns for roles that were challenging to fill. From there, I coached candidates, prepared them for interviews, nurtured their professional journey, consulted them on how to show up as their best self and stretch their comfort zone. This process naturally developed into consulting individuals on how to do the same in their personal lives, relationships and how to pivot into entirely new career paths.
In 2015, I became an entrepreneur, launching my own company working as a Headhunter, Life + Career Coach.
My approach with clients is entirely tailor-made. It varies depending on your needs and desires. My methodology reflects that; it's as individualized as you are. Because no two humans or life stories are the same. Your dream life blueprint is a unique journey and one-of-a-kind design.
